Payment Obligations:

The investor agrees to make timely and regular payments as per the agreed investment plan.Failure to make a payment for a specific month will be considered a breach of payment obligation.

Forfeiture of Benefits

In the event that the investor fails to make a payment for a given month, they shall forfeit anybenefits associated with that particular month. The investor shall not be entitled to recover orclaim any benefits for the missed month.

Package Benefits Release:

The benefits associated with the investment package will be made available to theinvestor only after completing a 12-month investment period. The investor isrequired to fulfill all monthly payment obligations during this period to becomeeligible for receiving the package benefits.

Account Information

The investor is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, includingcontact details and payment information. Any changes in account information must be promptlynotified to the institution to ensure seamless processing of payments and benefits.
